"Awesome streaming service, but DVR needs work."
I gave them a shot with a free week trial and saw some glitches with the DVR. They mentioned their engineers were on it, so I thought I'd give them a month. Unfortunately, the DVR issues got worse—football games and shows were getting cut off, and it failed to record scheduled events. After three weeks, I decided to cancel. I thought I’d just get a week’s refund, but they ended up giving me a full refund. The programming is all in 4K, so the picture quality is fantastic. I think they deserve another shot, and I told them to reach out when the DVR problems are fixed, and I’d sign up again. The programming is super easy to navigate, and you can rearrange the channels in your guide however you like. I really enjoyed the service, aside from the DVR issues, and they let you store up to 250 hours in your account.
